Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls
Ingredients
- For the steak:
- 1 1/2 – 2 lb skirt steak/ 8-10 thin sliced sirloin (flank steak or thin-sliced top round also works)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Your favorite steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- For the filling:
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 a zucchini (depending on size)
- 5-6 green onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- For the glaze:
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup beef broth
